Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

Turnaround times are listed on the announcement bar of the homepage. These times do not include WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS. 

MY TRACKING SAYS SHIPMENT CREATED 

This update means that your order is in pre-shipment, which means that we have printed & packed your order, but it has not been scanned in by the shipping company yet! Your tracking will update shortly afterward.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN? 

Unfortunately after the package has left our facility,  it is out of our control.  We will not replace it or investigate. Please contact your UPS for further information.  

Please make sure your address is correct when purchasing. 

Tracking information is always sent. Please track your package when order ships.
